A third-generation professional in the industry, Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from Purdue University before building a career spanning client services, flight coordination, charter sales, aircraft management, and dispatch. Her experience includes roles with TAG Aviation, Gama Aviation, MassMutual, and Coordinates Operations, where she serves today as Director of Flight Support, managing Part 91 flight operations domestically and internationally.
Since 2015, Ashley has also worked with C.T. Solutions as an Aviation Recruiter and Sales Manager, helping match talented professionals with the right opportunities in aviation. Her contributions to the industry were recognized in 2023 with an NBAA Top 40 Under 40 award, and she currently serves as Co-Chair of the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee and as a board member of the Connecticut Business Aviation Group.
