This page explains what information the C.T. Solutions LLC website (ctsolutionsllc.com) collects, why, and what happens to it. In short: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.
When you use the contact form
The form asks for your first and last name, cell number, email address, and optionally your company, position, a message and the topics you’re interested in. When you press Send, these details are emailed to C.T. Solutions so Cyndy or her team can reply. They are not stored in a database on this website.
Spam protection
To stop automated spam, the form checks how quickly it was filled in and limits how many messages can be sent from one internet address in an hour. For that limit the website keeps a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your internet address for up to one hour, then deletes it.
Website logs
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs (internet address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time and are not used to identify you.
Visitor statistics
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they find useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your general location (city level) and your device type. We do not use it to identify you, and we have not enabled advertising features. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google’s own policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Who sees your information
Only C.T. Solutions LLC and the company that maintains this website (Two Koi Designs) when needed to keep the site running. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a request through the contact form or call (203) 482-0834. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is meant for adults looking for aviation careers or staff. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
